Most Early Start interactive resources run in HyperStudio - a brilliant multimedia authoring package that you can also use in your own work (more about it HERE).

For Macs, there are TWO VERSIONS of the Hyperstudio player, which has been changed to keep pace with the rapid updating of Mac OS.

Newer Macs, running OS X 10.3.9 or later, can run these resources with the HyperStudio Legacy Player.

To download this, go to the website below and select 'HyperStudio Legacy Player'.

Look for this icon:

Click, give your details, and you will be sent an email with the link for downloading the latest version.

Once the Legacy Player is installed, you can open the CD from the start page, or by clicking on 'Home.stk'.
