Faulty or damaged DVDs, CDs and video tapes...

• 1. If your NEW DVD, CD or video tape was faulty when delivered

1. How to check if your NEW DVD, CD or video tape arrived faulty

We use high quality recordable DVDs, CDs and video cassettes and reliable duplicators, AND we regularly check a sample DVD, CD and video from each batch by playing a sample section before sending it out to customers. If very occasionally a faulty DVD, CD or tape slips through the net, we do apologise.

Simple checks:
Try it in another machine, e.g. computer, DVD player. For fault-finding, it's useful to know if it plays on some machines and not others.

Try another DVD (or CD, video) in the same machine;, if other DVDs work, and your new one doesn't that suggests we've sent you a faulty item (Sorry)

If your Early Start pack was delivered with a faulty DVD, CD or video tape, please 'phone 01304-362569 within 30 days of receipt and arrange to post it back for an immediate FREE replacement, to:-

2. If your CD or video tape was damaged in use

All our CDs and video cassettes are recorded on high quality CDs and video cassettes to withstand the wear and tear of frequent use, playing and pausing in the rough-and-tumble of school conditions - but we know accidents do happen!

If you ever need a replacement, the current fee (2008) is £10 + VAT (£11.75) (liable to change).

Just send the damaged DVD, CD or tape with an OFFICIAL SCHOOL ORDER or CHEQUE and post it back for a SPEEDY replacement, to:-
